For cafés and restaurants · Tashkent and Samarkand

No queue. Not at the counter, not at pickup.

Guests order and pay from the phone — ahead or from the table by QR — and pick up by number. The order reaches staff in Telegram, the kitchen screen and the TV board at once. The money goes straight to the venue.

Nothing to install: the app opens in the browser and in Telegram.

How it works

One path for the guest, one card for the staff. Everyone sees the order number and status: guest, kitchen, counter, floor.

  1. example · the QR opens the app

    01

    Scan or open

The guest scans the QR on the table or taps the NFC tag and sees the menu for that table. Or opens the app on the way to the café. Nothing to install: browser or Telegram.

  2. 02

    Order

The guest picks dishes, size and extras. “Takeaway” or “Eat in”, “As soon as possible” or for a set time — 15-minute slots within opening hours.

  3. 03

    Pay

Online through Payme or Click, the money lands in the café's merchant account. From the table you can also pay at the counter — then the order waits until the cashier marks it paid.

  4. 04

    The kitchen cooks

The order arrives as a card in the bot and on the kitchen screen. Tap “Started” and “Ready” — the guest sees the status at once, and the number lights up on the TV board.

    05

    Pick up by number

The guest comes to the counter and says the number, a staff member taps “Picked up”. A table order is brought to the table. No queue at the counter or at the pickup window.

Words on the ticket: ACCEPTED · READY · PICKED UP — the same statuses the guest sees in the order.

The money goes straight to the café

Each venue has its own Payme and Click merchant account. The guest pays on their pages, the money lands in the café's account. Navbatsiz is not part of the payment.

  • No platform commission on orders
  • Payme and Click acquiring is paid separately, at their rates
  • Payme and Click are connected to each venue at launch
  • Refunds: a paid order is not cancelled but refunded — with a reason and the owner's approval
  • Action log: who did what — orders, payments, refunds, rights, stop-list. No phone numbers or secrets
  • Reports and the summary count revenue net of refunds
